Lorraine "Rainy" Lizebeth Londo, 21, of Naytahwaush, died Friday, Jan. 1, 2009, in Naytahwaush.

A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Sports Complex in Naytahwaush. A visitation began Wednesday and will continue until the time of the service at the Sports Complex. Burial will be in St. Anne's Catholic Cemetery in Naytahwaush.

Anderson-Mattson Funeral Home of Mahnomen assisted the family with arrangements.

She was born Aug. 28, 1987, to Corvin Londo and Bernadine "Gidget" Sargent in Detroit Lakes, Minn. She grew up in Warroad, Minn., and moved to Naytahwaush when she was a teenager. She attended high school in Mahnomen. She remained in Naytahwaush, and briefly left to live in Warroad. She returned to Naytahwaush in 2007. She recently began working at the NaytahwaushPost Office. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her daughter, Ericka. She also took care of her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her daughter, Ericka Londo; father, Corvin (Arlene) Londo of Naytahwaush; mother, Bernadine "Gidget" Sargent of Red Lake; step-father, Cameron Hardy; brother, Dillon (Amber Carpenter) Londo Sr. of Naytahwaush; sisters, Harriet (Mike Bruguier Sr.) Londo of Pine Point, Minn., and Brooke Londo of Ogema, Minn.; step-sister, Wanez (Brian Stillday) Desjarlait of Fond du Lac, Minn.; maternal grandfather, Jerry (Gloria) Sargent of Bemidji; step-grandmother, Jan Thomas; step-grandfather, Clifford (Myrna) Hardy; four nieces; seven nephews; and special friend, Adam Roy.

She is preceded in death by a brother, Adam Burnette; step-sister, Karen Defoe; paternal grandparents, Malcom and Harriet Londo; maternal grandmother, Lorraine Lightning; aunt, Bonnie Wadena and uncle, Thomas Sargent.
