Lori Vincent, 43
Lori Vincent, 43, of Three Oaks, Michigan, formerly of Bemidji, died in Niles, MI on January 16, 2009.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Friday, January 23, 2009 at Olson Schwartz Funeral Home, Bemidji, Minn. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 22, and one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery, Bemidji, MN. Arrangements are entrusted to the Olson-Schwartz Funeral Home, Bemidji.
Pallbearers are Nathan Kilde, Seth Kilde, Jeremy Hickerson, Jacob Hickerson, Frank Chilson II, and Joe Walleen.
Honorary pallbearers, Bemidji Women of the Moose, Jim Burch, Scott Odegaard, George Severson, Richard Sabatino, Darin Zaccagnino, and Fred Sharood.
Lori was born to Charles and Linda (Hellwig) Vincent on January 12, 1966 in Bemidji. She grew up in Bemidji and graduated from Bemidji High School in 1984. After high school she attended Bemidji State University and worked at the Maid Rite Café and Wright Contracting. She worked at the Palace Casino for 16 years, starting as a dealer and worked her way up to Table Games Manager. She moved to Milwaukee, WI in 2006 and worked at the Potawatomi Casino for just over a year then moved to Three Oaks, MI where she worked as Table Games Manager at Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo, MI.
She was an active member of Bemidji Women of the Moose 982 where she was named International Co-worker of the Year for her volunteerism in 2007. She was also a member of Paul Bunyan Jim Beam Bottle Club, played softball in Bemidji for many years, enjoyed traveling and "people watching." Lori was happiest when she was spending time with friends and family.
Survived by parents Charles and Linda, sisters Sandy (Jesse) Hickerson, Geri (Steve) Hickerson, Teresa Vincent, Amy (Frank) Chilson, brother Clark (Angela) Vincent, nieces Claudia and Emily (GodDaughter) Vincent, Ashley (Jesse) Kneeskern, Megan Chilson, nephews Nathan Kilde (Jennifer Staker) and Seth Kilde (Kelly Hays), Jeremy and Jacob Hickerson, Frank Chilson II, great nieces Jozlynn, Trinity, and Savannah Kilde, great nephews Jared and Reese Kilde, Caide Staker, and Kadin Larson, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Preceded in death by grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
