Loretta M. Klobe, 94, of St. Cloud, Minn., died Sunday, March 8, 2009.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Augustine's Catholic Church in St. Cloud, with the Rev. Anthony Oelrich officiating. Burial will be in the Assumption Cemetery Mausoleum in St. Cloud. A visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud and one hour prior to the service at the church. The Christian Women will pray at 4:30 p.m., and Parish Prayers will be at 7 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
She was born Aug. 31, 1914, to James and Amelia (Moy) Barrett in Winsted, Minn.
She married Andrew M. Klobe, Oct. 11, 1938, in Winsted. They farmed in the Norwood, Minn., area until 1960 when they moved to St. Cloud. She was employed by Fandel's Department Store and retired in 1976.
She was a member of St. Augustine's Catholic Church, the Christian Women and the Catholic Aide Association.
She is survived by her children, Douglas (Lola) of Hot Springs, Ark., Donald (Joan) of Bemidji and Mary Ann (Dennis) Ruhoff of Osakis, Minn.; eight grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and five brothers.
