Loren Dale Fairbanks, 38, of Bemidji, died Nov. 11, 2012.
A wake will begin at 9 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 14 and will run until time of services at the center. The funeral will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 14 Red Lake Humanities Center. Burial will be in Redby Community Cemetery.
