There will be a live folk music performance April 26 at 7 p.m. in the Blackduck High School multi-purpose room, hosted by Aaron Tank and Drew Warne-Jacobsen.

From 7-8:25 p.m. local songwriters are invited to share original songs and participate in an interactive discussion.

All participants will receive a CD of new original songs by Tank.

Those who wish to partake in the workshop are asked to contact aaron-tank@hotmail.com to reserve a spot.

From 8:35-10 p.m., there will be a live performance of original and traditional folk music by Tank and Warne-Jacobsen

Both events are free and open to the general public. Times may vary slightly depending on level of workshop participation.

This is being funded in whole or in part by a Region 2 Arts Council grant through an appropriation by the Minnesota State Legislature Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund passed by Minnesota voters Nov. 4, 2008.
