Legion baseball: Little Falls beats Bemidji in opening doubleheader

Little Falls' defending 6AA North champions opened the Bemidji Legion baseball season Thursday, handing Bemidji a double setback 3-1 and 15-3 at the BSU diamond.


The two teams will meet again Monday at Little Falls in their second twin bill.

Little Falls came into play fresh from a 12-4, 11-0 sweep of Brainerd Tuesday. Bemidji was playing its first games.
