Lefse Festival Cook-off is today at Sanford Center

The Beltrami County Historical Society is holding its 7th annual

Lefse Festival Cook-off from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Friday at the Sanford Center in Bemidji.

General admission of $5 for the fundraising event includes refreshments, lefse for sale and sample, vendors and chances for many door prizes donated by local businesses.

The winning lefse maker receives prizes

and bragging rights as the "Best Darn Lefse Maker in Northern

Minnesota."
