Law enforcement memorial Tuesday

The Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff's Office as well as the Sheriff's chaplain group will host the annual Beltrami County Law Enforcement Memorial Service at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday on the Beltrami County Courthouse lawn, located at the corner of Sixth Street and Beltrami Avenue Northwest.

Law enforcement officers dressed in uniforms should arrive early to assemble before the ceremony begins.

Chaplain Derek Claypool will officiate, former Sheriff Keith Winger and friends will provide music and many other distinguished guests will speak during the service.
