Laporte woman injured in Bemidji accident

A Laporte woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash reported after 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Irvine Avenue North and Bull Court.

According to a report by the Beltrami County Sheriff's Office:

Jacqueline Allanna Kristin Miller, 19, was headed north on Irvine in a 2004 Pontiac when she turned in front of a 1995 Chevrolet driven by Jeffrey Dayne Schaper, 20, of Bemidji.

The Chevrolet struck the Pontiac on the passenger side.

Miller was taken to North Country Regional Hospital and treated and released.

Schaper was not injured.
