Laesch professional engineer with WSN

Widseth Smith Nolting has announced that employee Darren Laesch has passed the exams and met the education and experience requirements necessary to become a registered professional engineer by the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience and Interior Design.

Laesch joined WSN in 2005. He is responsible for assisting the project engineer with municipal engineering projects and private developments.

His experience includes feasibility studies, stormwater pollution prevention plans, wastewater facilities plans, street improvements, hydraulic design, water and sewer design, site planning and residential development. Other duties at WSN include construction inspection, surveying and drafting.

WSN is a multidisciplined firm of more than 150 employees providing engineering, architectural, land surveying, and environmental services. Its offices are located in Bemidji, Alexandria, Baxter, Crookston, Red Wing and Rochester, Minn., Grand Forks, N.D.; and Sioux Falls, S.D.
