Karvakko Engineering adds land surveying

BEMIDJI – Civil engineering firm Karvakko Engineering has expanded its services to include land surveying.

Bruce Skipton, professional land surveyor, has joined Karvakko Engineering as the survey department manager. As a land surveyor, he is trained to establish, measure and draw out the boundaries of properties, building and other features based on land records and site examinations.
Skipton has nearly 36 years of land surveying experience and holds licenses in Minnesota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Iowa. He is able to offer ALTA land title, boundary, topographic , engineering design, construction, as-built, easement, vacation, subdivision, flood elevation, accident site, crime scene, utility, road right-of-way and county remonumentation surveys; registering parcels of land; survey sketch plan; and land surveyor consultation.
Karvakko Engineering is based in Bemidji, with a branch office in Michigan. The firm provides civil engineering services in the upper Midwest, specializing in aviation, municipal, energy and transportation engineering, land surveying and landscape architecture.
