Kaml wins Sunrise Rotary essay contest

Kayla Kaml, a Bemidji High School senior, receives Tuesday a certificate and $200 stipend from Bemidji Sunrise Rotary Club President Bruce Campbell as winner of the club's 4-Way Test Essay Contest, which she wrote on censorship using the elements of the 4-Way Test: "Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?" She is eligible for Rotary District 5580 regional and district level contests.
