WALKER - A 31-year-old man has been ordered to spend 29 months in prison for threatening a Cass County sheriff's deputy.
Robert Joseph Jones appeared Monday in district court, where Judge David Harrington handed down the sentence.
Last month, a jury convicted Jones on the felony charge.
According to court papers, a Cass County deputy responded to a call about a fight at a Cass Lake residence. The deputy identified Jones, who had a warrant for his arrest.
