The Greater Bemidji Area Joint Planning Board will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Bemidji City Hall to consider four planning cases.

The agenda for the meeting includes:

- Variance requests from Mark and Pat Shough for their property at 4202 Pintail Lane Northeast. The Shoughs have requested: a 6-foot variance from the setback requirement from the Ordinary High Water Mark of Lake Bemidji, a 6-foot variance from the required 10-foot setback from a septic tank, a 15-foot setback variance from the septic treatment area to allow for a deck/elevated patio on the west (Lake Bemidji) side of the residence, and an 861-foot variance from impervious surface requirements.

- Mike Ettesvold has requested on behalf of Best of the North Realty that a 1.38-acre parcel of land be divided into two parcels without appropriate frontage onto a public street for either parcel. The parcel is a vacant parcel in Irving Beach.

- Ours to Serve House of Hospitality has requested and Interim Use Permit allowing for the operation of a homeless shelter and counseling assistance center on the southwest corner of Mississippi Avenue Northwest and Sixth Street Northwest.

- The final plat submitted for Peaceful Pines Estate subdivision, a 14.47-acre of land at 10329 Wildwood Road Northeast.
