Each month, a local business will be showcased to give residents an idea of what they have to offer -- from lower prices to a savings of time, gas and money. Make Blackduck a stronger community by shopping locally.

Brief description of what we offer: Cedar Rapids Lodge is a seasonal family resort located on Medicine Lake. We have 13 cabins, lodge with food, heated pool and great fishing. We are the only resort on the lake, providing a quiet peaceful vacation spot. Consider us for lodging for your extended family and friends who come to the Blackduck area to visit.

Benefits of Shopping Local Vs. Shopping Out of Town: We do our best to shop local... our small town of Blackduck is very important to us.

The 3/50 Project: For every $100 spent in independently owned stores, $68 returns to the community through taxes, payroll and other expenditures. If you spend that in a national chain, only $43 stays here. Spend it online and nothing comes home.
