Investigators: 2 cases of maltreatment at hospital
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — State investigators say they've found two cases of patient maltreatment at the Minnesota Security Hospital in St. Peter.
The findings by the state Office of the Inspector General are the latest allegations of improper procedures at the hospital, which provides treatment to more than 400 adults who are mentally ill and dangerous.
