Invasive species topic of meeting Thursday

BEMIDJI - The Friends of Lake Bemidji group invites the public to its annual meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Hampton Inn, Bemidji.

The regular business meeting begins at 6 p.m.

The organization's main program begins at 7 p.m. with presentations by Christine Herwig, an invasive species specialist with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and Bill Patnaude, director for Beltrami County Environmental Services.
