FARGO, N.D. - Analisa Huschle captured three individual titles to help the University of South Dakota women's track and field team place second in the Summit League outdoor championship meet which concluded here on Saturday.
The Coyote women finished second with 164 points.
Huschle, a freshman from Bagley, was named the Summit League Women's Newcomer of the championships.
The Coyotes won eight titles individual titles and Huschle claimed three of them.
Huschle had an outstanding day on Saturday with three individual titles and a runner-up finish in the long jump. She also was a member of the winning 4x100 relay team.
She claimed the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.03, added a win in the 200-meter dash with a personal-best of 24.12 and also won the triple jump with a personal-best of 40-0.75. She was the final leg of the Coyotes' winning 4x100 relay team. That relay team won with a time of 46.63.
Huschle also took second in the long jump at 19-11.5 and was part of the third place 4x400 team that placed third (46.76).
South Dakota now turns its attention to the NCAA West Preliminaries, which are set for May 24-26 in Austin, Texas.
