Humane Society fundraiser Sunday

BEMIDJI – A fundraiser to benefit the Beltrami Humane Society will be held from 4 to 7 p.m., Oct. 14 at Bemidji Eagles Club. All proceeds will support the shelter in its efforts to find owners for its homeless animals.
A roast turkey dinner and live music featuring Acoustic Smoke will comprise the event. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 12 and younger, and will be sold at the door. For more information, call 751-7910.
