Howes wins another term in State House

Republican Larry Howes of Walker defeated DFLer Meg Bye Tuesday to earn another term in the Minnesota State House representing District 4B.

With all 75 precincts reporting, Howes had 11,720 votes, or 59.09 percent, to Bye's 8,098 votes, or 40.83 percent.
