House debates bill trimming health care
ST. PAUL -- A bill Minnesota representatives debated well into the night Tuesday continues to trim the state's largest spending area, health and human services programs.
The House bill would cut a variety of health programs, mostly for poor Minnesotans, by $170 million on top of $147 million lawmakers and Gov. Tim Pawlenty cut earlier this year from a related program.
