HOCKEY: Bemidji State settles for tie with Western Michigan after losing 2-0 lead
BEMIDJI – Bemidji State had another close call with a top-10 opponent.
After the Beavers took a 2-0 lead into the third period, Western Michigan showed why it's the No. 7 team in the country.
The Broncos scored two goals in a three minute span in the third period Saturday night at the Sanford Center, forcing overtime and an eventual 2-2 tie in the final game of the nonconference series.
