MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — The deadly terror attack on a Nairobi mall has stirred concern about Westerners’ involvement in the militant group that claimed responsibility. Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta said Tuesday that “initial reports had suggested that a British woman and two or three American citizens may have been involved in the attack,” but that there hadn't been confirmation.
