The Panthers tallied 106.15.

The goal of this year’s squad is to reach 140 points and Friday the Jacks came very close. Although falling a bit shy of the 140-point barrier, Bemidji did outdo the previous school record of 138.25. That score was recorded by the 2002 team.

Consistency carried the Lumberjacks to Friday’s success as they scored at least 33.20 on every discipline.

They also won each event and setting the tone was Alyssa Allen who claimed the all around with 35.775 points.

BHS captured the top four all around places as Haley Gregg scored 34.90, Sara Erickson 33.90 and Emily Howard 33.75.

Allen won the vault with a 9.125 effort and Gregg was second at 9.05.

Allen also took the bars (9.1) and the beam (8.9) while Gregg captured the floor (9.15). Howard was second on the bars (8.45), Erickson was second on the beam (8.7) and Katie Bergquist was second on the floor (8.95).

BHS returns to action today when it heads to Detroit Lakes for a dual meet starting at 5 p.m.
