Gregory Scott Tabatt, 34, of Goodridge, formerly of Little Falls, died Friday, Feb. 27, 2009 along with his dog, Chewey LaLewey, in Becker County.
He was born May 31, 1974 in Little Falls to John Tabatt and the late Barbara Joan (Wyttenback). He graduated from Park Rapids High School in 1992. He was self-employed, working various tree trimming jobs.
He is survived by his father and wife, Jean, of Randall; two children: Tessa Rae, of Rice, and Travis Raymond, of Goodridge; siblings: Tim (Renne), of Little Falls, John (Pam), of St. Louis, Mo., Jenny (Richard) Johnson, of Glendale, Ariz., Janelle Pederson, of Park Rapids, Bob (Karen) Wyttenback, of Vergas, Dave (Jenny), of Tomahawk, Wis., Glenda (Dana) Green, of Grand Rapids, and Lauralee (Dan) Nelmak, of Park Rapids; special friends Juanita Brown, of Goodridge, and Joann Janski, of Rice; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother on Sept. 4, 2006; and grandparents: Herb and Wanda Tabatt and Robert and Laura Wyttenback.
Funeral service: 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 7 at Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service South East Chapel in Little Falls, with Father Mark Innocenti officiating.
Visitation: Noon-1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home in Little Falls.
