The Green Wave floods the Mustangs 60-39; Warriors conquer the Mustangs, 92-81

On Jan. 13, the Northome/ Kelliher Mustangs played the East Grand Forks Green Wave. We played them at Northome School and gave them a good fight. The individual statistics are as follows.

Keith Shaughnessy made one two-point bucket and went six for nine on his freethrows. He also had one personal foul, scoring a total of eight points.

Travis Olafson made one three-point bucket and shot no free throws. He also had no personal fouls, scoring a total of three points.

Joey Schuh made one two-point bucket and a three point bucket. He also went three for five on his free-throws with two personal fouls, scoring a total of eight points.

Tristan Williams made two two-point buckets and was two for five on his free throws. He also had three personal fouls, scoring a total of six points.

Isaiah Rahier made five two-point buckets and shot no free throws. He also had four personal fouls, scoring a total of 10 points.

Micah Jorgenson made one out of two of his free throws and had two personal fouls, scoring a total of one point.

Caleb Schneider made three out of four of his free-throws and had four personal fouls, scoring a total of three points.

Red Lake

With that loss under theirbelts, the Mustangs took on Red Lake Jan. 17.

The Mustangs went into that game with a record of six wins and four losses. The individual statistics are as follows.

Keith Shaughnessy made eight two-point buckets and was eleven for 15 on his free-throws. He also had four personal fouls, scoring 27 points.

Travis Olafson made one three-point bucket and had two personal fouls. He scored a total of three points.

Joey Schuh made four two-point buckets and had three personal fouls. He scored a total of eight points.

Tristan Williams also made four two-point buckets but had zero personal fouls. He made a total of eight points.

Lance Pink made three two-point buckets and made two out of four freethrows. He scored a total of 10 points.

Isaiah Rahier made four two-point buckets and one three-point bucket. He also was two for two on his free throws scoring a total of 13 points.

Caleb Schneider made five two-point buckets and was two for six on his freethrows. He had three personal fouls and scored a total of 12 points.
