A funeral service for 50-year-old Keith Basinski, a father of three, is to be held Thursday afternoon at Emmanuel Christian Center in Spring Lake Park. Gov. Mark Dayton plans to attend the service.

Basinski was making his regular UPS stop at Accent Signage Systems Sept. 27 when he and four others were gunned down by Andrew Engeldinger, an employee who had just been fired and who killed himself.

Family members describe Basinski was a dedicated father, a good neighbor and gentle spirit.

A memorial fund has been set up for Basinski's family at the First Advantage Bank in Coon Rapids.
