Gary C. Iverson, 70, of Goodridge was injured Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle accident in Pennington County.

According to the report of the Minnesota State patrol out of Thief River Falls, Iverson was driving a 1989 Buick Century north on state Highway 219 near Goodridge and was being passed by a 2000 Chevrolet pickup truck driven by William W. Woessner, 43, of Virginia Beach, Va. Iverson turned his vehicle into Woessner's resulting in a collision. The pickup entered the ditch and vaulted over a field approach.

Iverson suffered a non-life-threatening injury, and Michael A. Entler, 26, of Virginia Beach, Woessner's passenger, was treated and released from Northwest Medical Center in Thief River Falls. Woessner was not injured. All three men were wearing seat belts.
