Girls junior varsity hockey win 5-1 over Roseau

BEMIDJI — After a scoreless first period the Bemidji junior varsity girls hockey team scored twice in the second stanza and added three goals in the third period on way to a 5-1 victory over Roseau last week.

Madison Schultz opened the scoring with both second-period goals. In the third period Rachael Holm, Janessa Johnson and Sylvia Grimm connected and Jacie Lalli Holm had a assists.

Madeleine Pfleger tended Bemidji’s net and made 32 saves.
