Girls golf wins Invite
MONTICELLO - The Bemidji High girls golf team won the 17-team Monticello Invitational Wednesday.
The Jacks dominated scoring a 352 - 12 strokes ahead of Albany.
Bemidji's Amanda Johnson won on a show of cards for medalist honors with an 82. Also scoring an 82 was Kelly Goodwin of Lakeville.
Tara Israelson finished two strokes back of Johnson with an 84. Alyssa Williamson ended with an 87 and Britney Muller scored a 99 to complete the team scoring.
Not scoring were Laura Stittsworth, who carded a 119, and Kelsey Nelson with a 122.
The Jacks are at the Chaska Invitational at Hazeltine Monday.
