Another cold snap has arrived, bringing with it expected lows well into the double-digits. Monday, with a predicted high of 7 degrees, may have offered what will be the nicest day of the work week. Today, the high is predicted to be zero with winds between 9 and 17 mph and gusts expected up to 23 mph. That could result in wind chills as low as 35 below. On Wednesday, the high should end up about 9, but the National Weather Service is forecasting winds between 14 and 20 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. Thursday should be sunny with a high about 5 below zero, and Friday will see a high of about zero. The weekend is looking similar, with highs forecasted about 1 below for Saturday and 6 on Sunday.
