Free food program workshop planned

BEMIDJI - Provider's Choice, Inc., a child and adult care organization based in Minnetonka, will host "The Magic of Healthy Living," a free food program workshop here for childcare providers and parents, beginning next Monday.

These workshops will cover small steps that have large impacts on overall health and wellness. Whole grain foods and their impact on the body will also be discussed.

The first workshop will be Monday, the second Tuesday, both from 7-9 p.m. in the home economics room at Bemidji High School. Food program participants will meet CACFP annual training requirements by attending this session. To register, contact Chris Amble at 444-7628.
