BEMIDJI — First National Bank Bemidji Foundation recently created an entrepreneurial program grant to develop and support tribal band member-owned businesses. The Red Lake Nation Youth Entrepreneur Program has partnered with the Red lake School District, St. Mary’s Mission School and Bemidji State University to develop various aspects of the new youth program.
