FNBB Foundation donates to Bemidji Library Book Festival

BEMIDJI – First National Bank Bemidji Foundation has donated $1,500 to the Bemidji Library Book Festival in support of the children’s authors who led workshops for children at the Headwaters School of Music in the summer of 2012.

Minnesota authors William Durbin, Nancy Carlson and Margi Preus worked with area children in the event that promotes reading and writing.
The festival was well-attended and enjoyed by participants and authors. These events were free to the public with the support of organizations such as the First National Bank Bemidji Foundation.
