Fire restrictions set for north, central Minnesota
Fire danger in most of Minnesota is expected to rapidly increase in the coming week as the snow continues to melt and winds dry the dead standing grass and brush in open areas, according to a state Department of Natural Resources news release.
The DNR will place burning restrictions over much of the state beginning March 26 and include restrictions for additional areas later.
