Filming begins on railroad project

Ashley Hull smiles after attaching a microphone to Al Gerner in preparation for filming him for a Lakeland Television program. Gerner related his experiences as the railroad depot agent in Blackduck at the end of World War II. Hull is production manager for the Legacy program series on the art, history and culture of the region. The interview with Gerner and a second one with Sonja Juelson on railroad history, will be broadcast on Lakeland TV Feb. 18 and repeated Feb. 21.
