Fargo man dies overnight at WE Fest
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. - A 67-year-old Fargo man died overnight at WE Fest. Family members found him nonresponsive at 1:30 Monday morning at the WE Fest Handicap camping grounds, according to the Becker County Sheriff's Office.
He had a long history of serious medical conditions. Resuscitation efforts were started and continued to St. Mary's Innovis Health Center in Detroit Lakes, Minn., where he was pronounced dead.
There was no alcohol or foul play. The cause of death was natural causes, law enforcement stated.
Officers are withholding the name pending notification of relatives.
The man was with his daughter, son, and granddaughter.
Last week, 24-year-old Carl Cymbaluck of Fargo was found dead in a motor home at WE Fest. An autopsy was ordered. Cymbaluck was formerly from Fosston.
