Fans can take bus to boys basketball playoff opener

The Bemidji boys basketball team will open its Section 8-4A tournament schedule 7 p.m. Tuesday at Elk River.

Fans wishing to take a bus to the game may contact Mary at the high school assistant principal's office. The bus will leave from the high school at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday. Ticket prices are $15 for students and $20 for adults.

The Lumberjacks are seeded sixth in the field while Elk River is the third seed.

If Bemidji wins Tuesday it will play either No. 2 Rogers or No. 7 St. Cloud Tech 11:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Cloud State.
