Family Advocacy Center gets grant

The Trustees of the Otto Bremer Foundation have authorized a $50,000 grant to the Family Advocacy Center of Northern Minnesota in Bemidji.

The grant was made to support the work of the center, which addresses the needs of victims of sexual assault and family violence.

Forty grants totaling $703,767 were authorized.

Beneficiaries of Bremer grants must be located in Minnesota, Wisconsin or North Dakota. Preferences are given to those in regions served by Bremer Grants.
