Fall Festival at St. Ann’s Catholic Church

BLACKDUCK — St. Ann’s Catholic Church of Blackduck will host a Fall Festival 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sept. 15 at the church.

The festival will serve pork loin, mashed potatoes, vegetables, buns, dessert and beverages.

Cost is $9 for adults, $4.50 for children ages 6 to 12 and free to children 5 and younger.

There will also be crafts, baked goods and produce for sale in addition to a cake walk.

77th Annual Chicken and Ham Dinner set

WILTON — The 77th Annual Chicken and Ham Dinner will be 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 15 at the Sacred Heart Church, 135 Third St. in Wilton.

There will also be a bazaar and bake sale. Cost is $10 for adults, $4 for children ages 6 to 12, and children younger than 6 are free.

Bridge leagues will begin in October

WILTON — The registration deadline to join a Bridge Marathon League, as part of a fundraiser for Sacred Heart Church in Wilton, is set for Sept. 15. Card playing begins in October and will end in April.

Cost is $35 per person with cash prizes to winners. To join, call Polly Keith Scotland during the evening at 444-8847 or email scotland@paulbunyan.net.

Meatball dinner set for Oct. 6

BEMIDJI — The 11th Annual Meatball Dinner and silent auction will be 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 6 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 123 29th St. in Bemidji.

Tickets will be available at the door and cost $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 to 12, and free for children younger than 5.

The menu will include meatballs with the trimmings, squash, various kinds of pie and a beverage.

The silent auction will benefit TLC Preschool and the Growing Tree Learning Center.

Worship service to change

PUPOSKY — Sunday worship service will now be at 9 a.m. at Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church in Puposky starting Sept. 1. The new schedule will continue for one year.

Cookout for Rally Sunday

PUPOSKY — Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church in Puposky will celebrate Rally Sunday with a cookout style meal 10:15 a.m. Sept. 8.

Grilled brats, hot dogs, burgers and a potluck of sides and desserts will be provided. The event is free and open to the community.
