Eudora "Dora" Crippen
When she died on April 9, Eudora Crippen had lived a very full 82 years. She loved cooking and food, sewing, reading, and most of all, time spent with friends. She loved when friends showed up on her doorstep, where they found the coffee already on, ready for a good visit.
Most of all, Dora loved her family. Her parents Elvina and Louis Beck, siblings Wilbur, Eileen, and Milton, all of whom predeceased her; cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and in-laws; her grandchildren, Steve Frickstad, Mitchell and Michael Rea; son Mike (Diane) Frickstad; daughter Amy (Jim) Rea; and above all, Ernie Mine Ern Crippen, her husband of nearly 53 years.
Visitation will be at Cease Funeral Home in Blackduck on Sunday, 4/14, from 5-7 p.m. The funeral will be at New Salem Lutheran in Turtle River on Monday, 4/15, at 10 a.m., followed by a reception at the Keg & Cork in Bemidji.
