The Headwaters Science Center will host its third annual dining experience featuring the art and science of food from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Saturday.
This year's edition, "e-cubed" III: Dining at the next level, will offer live action stations throughout the Center. Chef showcases will feature chefs from Bemidji offering unique ethnic fare, all prepared fresh to order while guests observe and have opportunities to taste and learn the science of cooking.
Tickets are $45 and can be purchased at the Headwaters Science Center. Ticket reservations may be made by calling 444-4472.
