The work is being done on Miles Avenue between Third Street Southeast and Roosevelt Road.

Crews will be doing prep work in advance of cement pouring.

The release said the cement will need to cure until at least Monday.

In addition, the same work and time frame is expected on 19th Street Northwest between Delton and Park avenues.

Homeowners are asked to find alternate locations to park other than their drive-ways while the work is being completed.
