The race day breakfast brought in more than $900 for the Beltrami County Relay for Life, and the cornhole tournament Thursday and cupcake donation Saturday helped bring in the remainder of money.

Severe weather forced closure of the festival grounds and concert in the Dragon's Den about 8:30 p.m. Friday. The grounds reopened about 10 p.m.

The eighth annual Lake Bemidji Dragon Boat Festival is scheduled next year from July 31-Aug. 3.
