Donald L. Colvin

Donald L. Colvin, of St. Louis Park, passed away peacefully in his sleep Saturday July 27 at the age of 91. He served his country in Patton's Third Army during WWII. He was a father, grandfather, great-grandfather, friend and confidante, mentor, and dance partner to many. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Don and Carol, of Minnetonka; daughter and son-in-law Kris and Rick Stafford of Champlin, grandchildren, Theresa Colvin, Donnie and Michele Colvin, Kyle, Ryan and Tyler Stafford; great-grandchildren Mason and Brayden Colvin; brother and sister-in-law Jerry and Hope Colvin of LaPorte, brothers-in-law sisters-in-law, Arlene and Buddy Leuze, Lucille Priebe, Dorothy Skaalerud, Billy and Dorothy Noor, Marilyn Leuze, Richard and Kathy Noor, Phyllis Junker, Ellsworth and Vicky Noor, Gloria and Leroy Bridgland, Stanley Noor, Jerry Noor, Kevin and Janice Noor. His wife Bernice, son Ken, and his sister Faith Henrichs preceded him in death.

Visitation will be Thursday August 1st from 4-8 p.m. at Washburn-McReavy Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday August 2nd, with visitation one hour prior to the service, at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 500 Blake Road S., Edina. Interment will be in Grandview Park Cemetery.
