Kristy Bertram, daughter of Susan Bertram, raised by Colleen Zea of Bemidji, and Jesse Djernes, son of Ken and Ramona Djernes of Clearbrook, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

The couple will be married Saturday, Aug. 8, at the Evangelical Covenant Church, with a reception to follow at the Hampton Inn and Suites.
The couple will reside in Bemidji.
