District 3 to vote in primary today
Residents of Beltrami County District 3 will vote in a special primary election today to fill a Beltrami County Board of Commissioners seat left vacant by the July death of Jim Heltzer.

Candidates are Richard Anderson, Steven H. Johnson, David Myers, Larry Pahl and Scott Winger.
The primary election will narrow the race to two candidates.
