Detroit Lakes man missing from Beltrami State Forest

ROSEAU, Minn. – The Roseau County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a Detroit Lakes man after finding his abandoned vehicle near Beltrami State Forest.

Donald Dugger, 43, has not been seen since Saturday.

According to a news release from the sheriff’s office, it appears Dugger left his vehicle about a mile northeast of the Winner Silo. The sheriff’s office said it appears Dugger walked away from the vehicle and headed south to the Winner Forest Road near Elkwood Cemetery.

Anyone who may have seen Dugger or given him a ride is asked to call the Roseau County Sheriff’s Office at (218) 463-1421.
