Design meeting set for downtown parks

The Bemidji Parks and Recreation department will host a Paul Bunyan and Library Park design kick-off meeting at 5:30 p.m. March 15 at the Sanford Center in the Lakeview Room through Gate 4.

This will be the first of several meetings held to gather public input on the two projects. The focus of the meeting will be on enhancing these park spaces to provide safe and accessible connections from the downtown business district and transitions into Library Park from the destination trails that parallel Lake Bemidji.
