Dayton: medical cannabis issue needs collaboration
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Gov. Mark Dayton says he has urged supporters of legalizing marijuana for medical purposes in Minnesota to work with opponents in law enforcement if they want progress on the issue.
